The CBBC Newsround web site has reported new casting for the upcoming fifth Harry Potter movie, The Order of the Phoenix.
George Harris will play Kingsley Shacklebolt when filming starts up in the United Kingdom soon. In the Potter adventures, Shacklebolt works for the Ministry of Magic as a Dark Wizard catcher. He is also a member of the Order of the Phoenix, the group set up to fight the evil Lord Voldemort.
Harris has appearing in several films, including Steven Spielberg’s Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Meanwhile, teenager Robbie Jarvis has been cast as young James Potter. In the book, Harry sees his father, James, when he magically enters Professor Snape’s memory.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be released sometime in 2007.
